Return & Exchange Policy



  • Returns & Exchanges can be made within 7 DAYS after item received with official receipt with tags still attached.

  • Returns / Exchanges are strictly reserved for cases of product defects, damages, or mistaken delivery.

  • Exchanges of item subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the same item, colour and size.

  • Refund is strictly not allowed only exchange.

  • Customers must consult our person-in-charge first (sales team & drop-shipper)  before proceeding with the returns/exchanges.

  • Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.

  • All sale, as-is, defective item and promotional with discount / coupon / vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Please contact our Customer Service Team 010-215 1696 and provide your Order number, your name and address, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

  • Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable.




  • Item is damaged caused by (torn, stain, wrinkle, smell, cigarette, perfume)
  • Item that has been wash, altered and iron. (Shorten / hemmed)
  • Item that have stain such as make up stain, food, pen and etc
  • Item defected caused by customer
  • Item with no invoice or purchase receipt
  • Exceed 7 days from date of received item
  • Item with no price tag or label
